food & drink

We have a full liquor and catering license which allows us to offer you a variety of food and drink options. Your requests are fully customizable with our party planner. There will be an 18% service charge in addition to possible catering charges. Parties booking food will be required to book our Party Suite, as food is not permitted on our service floors. Our party room is available by reservation only and on a first come, first serve basis. Due to Beauty Bar’s licenses with the State of Ohio, outside food and beverages cannot be introduced into the establishment. All final menu selections must be determined at least three weeks in advance of the event.

Our Party Suite is the perfect spot for hosting a food/drink party while enjoying our unique service menu. Beauty bar will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property. We are not liable for any bodily injuries when alcohol is consumed, inside or outside of beauty bar property. To maintain the condition of the room, we ask that any additional outside decorations be approved with our party planner to avoid damage to the space.

arrival

We ask that all groups of four or more and spa days arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your services. This allows ample time to interact with other party guests and to enjoy food & drinks. Late arrivals will not be discounted.

*payment policy

We require a major credit card to begin your reservation process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your party planner will confirm appointments via email. We require a minimum notice of 48 hours for any changes or cancellations. If this time frame is not met or if a party member fails to show for their appointment(s), 100% of their services will be charged to the credit card number provided. Please notify your party members of this necessary step before booking.

We are happy to book additional services at any time, please note the more notice you provide, choice time/technician/services will be available. Party members are not permitted to “trade” appointments without notifying our party planner 48 hours in advance. 18% gratuity will be added to all services for your convenience.
