Our services are a la carte and can be combined to make any occasion the perfect party day! Nail parties and spa days are the perfect solution to get you relaxed and ready for any occasion! Please visit our website or stop in to get a brochure for more information regarding our salon and spa services. Booking appointments require the first/last names and phone numbers for all guests receiving services. Children are welcome in our salon and spa but we ask that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- FOOD & DRINK
- We offer a variety of service packages which include lunch or party trays. For your convenience your party coordinator will happily make food and drink arrangements upon your request. If you are interested in ordering food or drinks for your party, please speak with your coordinator for menu options. There will be an 18% service charge in addition to catering costs. Don’t forget to ask about our luxurious party room and nail lounge! Our party room is available by reservation only and on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the Beauty Bar’s licenses with the State of Ohio, outside food and beverages cannot be introduced into the establishment. There is a two drink maximum for each guest whom are consuming alcohol. All final menu selections must be determined at least three weeks in advance of the event.
- PARTY SUITE
- Our party suite is available by reservation only and on a first come, first serve basis. There is a fee of $50 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. It is located on our upper level, accessible by staircase only. We are not responsible in the case of an injury due to traveling up and down the staircase. Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen property. A waiver must be completed and signed in addition to this form if the party suite is used and/or if alcohol is consumed on Beauty Bar premises. We are not liable for any bodily injury of a client(s) when alcohol is being consumed. To maintain the condition of the salon, stringent guidelines govern the use, placement, installation and removal of decorations. Charges will be assessed for damage to the Beauty Bar property.
- We ask that all groups of four or more and spa days arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your services. This allows ample time to interact with other party guests and to enjoy food & drinks. Late arrivals will not be discounted.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and/or check. Please let us know of any billing requests prior to your party date. We can make arrangements for gift card party bags by request. It’s the perfect way to thank your guests or loved ones.
- At the time of booking we require a major credit card to secure your appointments at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your party coordinator will confirm appointments via email. We require a minimum notice of 48 hours for any changes or cancellations. If this time frame is not met or if a party member fails to show for their appointment(s), 50% of their service cost(s) will be charged to the credit card number provided.
- We are happy to book additional services at any time, but please note that the more notice you provide, the better the opportunity for choice time, technician and or/service. Party members are not permitted to “trade” appointments without notifying the party coordinator 48 hours ahead of time. Beauty Bar will gladly add 18% gratuity to all services for your convenience.
